History: "Ribbon" was rescued from a "bird mill" when she was very young. She was hard to handle, and vets were about to put her down, until one day she snapped out of it. They continued with Ribbon's training until she was good enough to be put in the adoption cages. She spent six months in the cage with little flying time and went back to her old self. With little encouragement she got better each moment, until she was ready for adoption again. This time she's exercised and played with better!
